Emotional health is just as important as physical health, but it is often overlooked. At Aristocrat, we create a safe space for our employees to take time to focus on their mental well-being. Through our partnership with Lyra Health, you can access resources for counseling, stress management, relationship challenges, and work/life balance. Tools like coaching, interactive health courses, and self-care resources are just one click away.

December: Finish Your Year Strong

As we near the end of 2025, you might be feeling pressure to get everything on your plate wrapped up. We hope you find a chance to pause and recharge. As a reminder, your Lyra benefit provides access to confidential one-on-one sessions with a Lyra provider, and wellness tools to help you and your eligible family members end the year feeling grounded and renewed. See here for helpful resources from Lyra to relax, relieve stress, and finish the year with peace of mind.

Also, we’re excited for some new, specialized care programs being offered by Lyra in 2026, including:

  • Neurodiversity support – Targeted guidance for children and adults navigating ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other forms of neurodivergence.
  • Womenʼs mental health care – Support for womenʼs well-being through every stage of life and career. From family planning and fertility, to caregiving, menopause, and more.
  • Support for health challenges – Resources designed to care for the mental health aspects of physical health challenges like cancer, chronic pain, poor sleep, weight management, and more. Plus, personalized strategies designed to help improve your quality of life.
