Information to Remember

Eligibility

All Aristocrat employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits on their date of hire.

Employees can also cover:

  • Your spouse or common law spouse
  • Dependent children (including biological, step, adopted, and foster children) under 21, or under 26 and attending school full-time

Please note: You must submit your enrollment for benefits in Workday within 31 days of date of hire.

Making Changes

The choices you make when you are first eligible are in effect until you make a change.

If you experience a Life Event Change, you will have the opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections. Changes must be made within 31 days of the event date. Examples of a change include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Marriage or entering into a common law relationship (same or opposite sex)
  • Birth or adoption of a child (or gaining a child through marriage or common law union)
  • Divorce
  • Loss or gain of coverage through a spouse’s plan
  • Your child aging out at 21 (or 26 when attending school full-time)

It is your responsibility to notify Aristocrat within 31 days of a Life Event Change. Any benefit changes must be directly related to the qualified change.
